Logging in
On the left-hand side of the Paymate homepage, enter your username and password,
and click 'go'.
Remember that the username and password are case sensitive.
What if I've forgotten my Password?
You can reset your password by providing the answers to your security questions.
To reset your
password:
1. Click on Forgotten your Password? (located under the password on the home page)
2. Enter your email address.
3. Paymate will display your security questions and ask you to answer them
4. After entering your answers, you will be able to select a new password.
What if I've forgotten the answers to my security questions?

Just login to Paymate and go to the 'Change Profile' tab located on the top right hand corner of the 'My Account' page, click on 'Update your user account details' link, complete the applicable fields then click the 'save changes' button.
