Can I add another email address to my Paymate Account?
Yes you can add up to 5 email addresses to your Paymate Account. To add another please login and go to 'change profile' and then 'Add, modify your emails'. You will also need to select a DEFAULT email address. All emails coming from Paymate will only be sent to your default email address.
You can send money to any seller who is registered with Paymate and we will deduct the money from your Australian bank account or charge your credit card in Australian Dollars or US Dollars .Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment and then simply register with Paymate and add their Australian bank account to collect their money.
Is Paymate available for International use?
Paymate is available to Australian SELLERS and International BUYERS in American Samoa, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Iceland, Israel, Italy , Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, NZ, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom , USA, Virgin Islands (U.S). Non-Australian resident users cannot accept payments but are able to send money to Australian sellers using their credit cards.Credit card billings can be in Australian or US Dollars.
How secure are Paymate Transactions?
Paymate is committed to utilising the best commercially available technology and procedures to protect the security of your online transactions. Our entire site uses 128 bit SSL encryption. We encourage you to carefully review our Privacy and Security policies if you have further questions.
How do I keep track of my payments and receipts?
If you are registered with Paymate, we store all payments and invoices authorised, sent, and received by you for a period of at least 3 months for you to inquire on, search through, report on and extract from at any time of the day or night. Only you can access this account information and transaction data via your security username and password.
If you are not registered with Paymate and use Paymate Express - your payments cannot be displayed. However you will have an email with the details, your seller will have a record and you can contact client services with any queries.
What if I do not have a secure browser?
To use Paymate, you must have an SSLsecurity-compliant browser such as Netscape Communicator 4.7 or above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. If you do not have any of these browsers, you can download them from the appropriate Netscape, or Microsoft Web sites.
